Weekly Yoga Classes
Yoga for Wellbeing
Every Monday and Wednesday from 18:15 - 19:15 (ladies only).
This class is suitable for beginners and those seeking guided practice. This is my most popular class and happily my students are feeling the benefit of their practice! I am grateful for their ongoing support.
Ashtanga Inspired Practice
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 05:30 - 06:30 a.m. (mixed class). This early morning class starts with Sun Salutations and ends with a short savasana; perfect for those wanting an early morning class to flow into their day.
Yoga for Athletes
From time to time, I offer classes for the running clubs I support.
Yoga can offer value added practice supporting recovery and restoration for athletes, as well as helping to hone sports specific movements for enhanced performance.
