About my yoga classes

If you’re feeling run off your feet, scattered or just need a boost, Yoga can be the perfect way to bring back a sense of inner balance. Gift yourself this hour of practice, & bring a pocket of calmness into your day, and then carry that feeling state into your life...
Through my classes you'll get to explore the traditional pathway of yoga, inclusive of asana, pranayama, pratyahara and meditation, and learn to develop ease and steadiness in your practice. The integration of breath and movement will bring a deep feeling of mindfulness, deepening capacity to watch over yourself, perhaps with kindness and compassion. This is a yoga practice that helps you meet yourself at your personal edge, supporting your mobility, alignment, balance, strength and flexibility.
Whether you are new to yoga or already have some experience, these classes will leave a subtle impact on your life. If you are curious, have a desire to start yoga and are looking for an accessible practice that you can carry into your life, then I can’t wait to meet you! This is yoga with no impossible shapes required.
